According to me:
We serve this at work, it’s delicious, it’s bubbly and it’s a great pulling drink. I’m not a huge fan of fizzy wine cocktails, because I’m not a huge fan of carbonated wine. But if I were forced to have one this is the way forward. Simple to make and damned fine to look at this is one of the drinks I produce for the cougar collection who stalk my bar in search of younger prey.
